Refund Policy

Subscription Plans
We offer a free trial with 5,000 characters so you can evaluate the Service before purchasing. Because of this:
- Monthly subscriptions: Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if fewer than 3 articles have been generated. Contact support with your reason.
- Annual subscriptions: Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if fewer than 5 articles have been generated.
- Renewals: If you forget to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund of the renewal charge.
Top-Up Packs
Top-up article packs (10 or 25 articles) are non-refundable one-time purchases. These credits are added instantly and cannot be reversed. We recommend using your subscription credits first before purchasing top-ups.
Failed Generations
If an article generation fails due to a system error, the article credit is automatically refunded to your account. No action needed on your part.
Quality Concerns
If you believe the quality of generated content is significantly below expectations:
- First, check your editorial policy settings — they directly affect output quality
- If issues persist, contact support with specific examples
- We may offer additional credits or a partial refund at our discretion
How to Request a Refund
Email support@bestseoarticles.com with:
- Your account email
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
We process refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Billing settings. After cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of the current billing period
- Unused article credits expire at the end of the billing period
- Your content and projects remain accessible (read-only) for 90 days
